Office staff was very nice pre and post surgery. I will attend physical therapy next but scheduling for both the doctor and therapist was easy.
Doctor came in and immediately began examing my thumb. He is obviously knowledgeable- which comforted all my concerns. He scheduled a procedure for the following week, but drained it right then to relieve my discomfort. I have full faith in his ability
I had an appointment with Dr Allen Liu who performed the surgery who wasn't even there so I saw Todd Richards.. I waited in the examination room for an hour when he finally came in he looked at the wound for 2 seconds said fine if you're having any trouble call us back and left the room, At 80yrs old I expected at least a tiny bit of professional consideration for my wound & myself, I've waited longer at a red light than the time he spent with me... I was asked to come in early before my scheduled 12:45pm appointment. The receptionist stated the doctor had to leave. I said ok sure because I assumed this would get me out earlier so I can have more time for other errands. First of all why is this place scheduling appointments for time slots that isn’t guaranteed. Great as always
We have been to this practice before to see Dr. Yang for surgery. This time back we had an appointment with Dr. Richards. We arrived before our appointment time, had filled out all the pre visit forms a day before our visit but alas, even more forms to fill out on arrival of course. My BIGGEST issues with this practice is their lack of awareness, follow up and expectation management when it comes to your appointment and wait times.
