Good Staff n efficient nice clean office.
Dr Richards and his entire staff at the 2 offices I have visited have been a welcome change from a lot of practices I have been to. He performed surgery on me and I can already tell it is going to be a success. He is very calm and informative always fully explaining procedures and outcomes. His staff is very patient and they all go the extra mile to make scheduling and visits run smoothly. I will highly recommend Dr Richard’s to family and friends without any hesitation.

Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dr. Richards listens and explains options and procedures that in his judgment the patient might consider. He is a very dedicated Surgeon. He communicates with his patients for their best interests. Highly recommend .
Was very happy with dr. Richards and the surgical center. The follow up appt was great. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 was because George never called me on Wednesday before my surgery on Thursday so I didn’t have a time. I called the surgical center and then I did call the office on Thursday morning and found surgery was scheduled and time to be there. Really liked dr Richards

Good exam and follow up
No other doctor with his skill, compassion, caring, and time spent listening to your concerns. If I could give a 20 I would. He never rushes you and explains everything clearly. His surgical results are excellent. His office staff and PT staff are professional and caring too.
