Doctor and staff where great.
I’ve gone to all but one location and the staff has always been friendly and attentive answering questions to the best of their ability and in a timely manner. Dr Todd Richards is the best doctor/surgeon! Not only does he take his time with you, making you feel like he has no other patients but you! (Which he clearly does not!) But not so much time as if he keeps you waiting. He has been kind, patient, and attentive to my level of care. He lets me know every step he does before doing it (ie: a steroid shot if needed.) Waited way too long
First appointment with (Dr Richards) , at the Mountain View Rd. Office. He took all the time I needed to explain test results & answer all of my questions & due to my travel time, the office staff work expediently to get me into an imaging center for an MRI within 45 min of leaving the office The entire experience was fantastic & I can’t praise Dr. Richard’s & his office staff enough; Highly recommend!!!!
Dr. Richards was incredibly kind.. He listened carefully, answered all my questions and concerns. He explained the steps of the treatment plan and the different options. He is a great surgeon. He treat his patient in a professional manner. I highly recommend him to this kind of surgery. His team starting from the receptionist to the nurses in the clinic and the operating room were very professional and friendly. Thank you Dr. Richards
