The staff, medical assistants, and Dr Richards were attentive, helpful, and avaliable for concerns early on with triage. Scottsdale office medical assistants stand out and can share some of their empathy and bedside manner with the Dobson office assistants. The PT staff has been excellent in therapy. Dr Todd was very empathetic and expressed his concern for current family issues we were experiencing.
Dr Richard’s is very professional and explained the situation in words easy to understand and he is very patient, I like his Professionalism
Dr Richards and staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Richards always asks how patient is doing before and after surgery. He explains the progress and offers a good roadmap for recovery, expectations and improvement. Good experience!
Surgery and surgeon extant!!! Office visit staff great. time of appointment and time saw needs a little work. Waiting sucks... Overall were Happy!!
