I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and arrived early at 10:30 AM. Despite that, I wasn't seen until 12:10 PM, which meant waiting over 1 hour and 40 minutes past my appointment time. There was no explanation or consideration for patients' time. What was even more disappointing was that when I finally saw the doctor, the visit lasted less than five minutes. No me gustó yo esperaba que me sacarán rayos x para que viera como está mi daño de mi mano para saber que necesito que me hagan y nomás dijo que necesitó terapia si no puedo mover mis dedos y terapia ya me dieron y no tuve resultados.buenos ..parece que están con la aseguranza de la compañía..
Doctor came in and immediately began examing my thumb. He is obviously knowledgeable- which comforted all my concerns. He scheduled a procedure for the following week, but drained it right then to relieve my discomfort. I have full faith in his ability
I had an appointment with Dr Allen Liu who performed the surgery who wasn't even there so I saw Todd Richards.. I waited in the examination room for an hour when he finally came in he looked at the wound for 2 seconds said fine if you're having any trouble call us back and left the room, At 80yrs old I expected at least a tiny bit of professional consideration for my wound & myself, I've waited longer at a red light than the time he spent with me... I was asked to come in early before my scheduled 12:45pm appointment. The receptionist stated the doctor had to leave. I said ok sure because I assumed this would get me out earlier so I can have more time for other errands. First of all why is this place scheduling appointments for time slots that isn’t guaranteed.
