Very professional
My experience was better than I’ve had in years. Everyone from check in to check out was polite and informative. The doctor was exceptional. He listened to my concerns and treated me with care and concern. I was beyond surprised as I just left Core Institute because of rudeness and an obvious lack of concern. I would recommend this doctor and facility to everyone.

Staff is professional and appointment was on time. Dr Richards listens to the patient and explains issues very well.
The staff was great. Kind and made you feel comfortable in the office. Dr. Richards is exceptionally professional and his knowledge and expertise are obvious. He is kind and gentle especially when doing percutaneous procedures that require needles. He knows his hand anatomy like no other.thus putting a patient like me at ease. Highly recommend him!!! EHH.
