Very professional and took care of all my medical needs.
The procedure went well, and my shoulder is feeling great. Dr. Bennion did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend him for all shoulder repairs. However, the surgery center personnel who released me and were supposed to provide my release notes failed to ensure I understood the need to continuously wear the sling, and they did not properly explain to my wife what was supposed to happen with it. After multiple appointments the last one making me wait 2 hours he refused to do my shoulder surgery. The reason was if I fell after surgery my shoulder would be really damaged. My shoulder is so bad now that if I fell it would also tear it up and then I would need surgery only it would be emergency surgery. He did not care
I felt like I was treated like someone who wanted drugs when I wanted to be able to do my job. Bringing up narcotics without looking at my intake okay, but when I explain that my body does not like narcotics or is it my thing. Not really happy and maybe it was my diagnosis, but if was not my choice. Better life or tell you are to young. No explanation about if I would be the same, just to young. I love turning wrenches and when I can’t I feel useless. Telling me I am to young should be a little bit more of a conversation.
