I was the first appointment this morning and I was seen 20 minutes late. Also, the cost of my co-pay was over $200, when I pay around $50 at my Family Dr.

Thorough, Checked past treatments, asked many questions
I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and I arrived early at 10:30 a.m. I was not called back until 11:39 a.m. for additional X-rays. By 12:30 p.m., I still had not been seen by the physician. We were late getting started, and I appreciated Dr. Bennion saying they had been running behind and thanking me for my patience. I told him I needed to be at my daughter’s birthday lunch in 15 minutes, and he got tight to it. I was there at my primary care doc’s suggestion because, although my MRI looked as if I had minor tears of my meniscus, he wanted a knee doctor to be the one to rule out surgery. The doctor and his medical assistant were attentive and ask good questions. My only problem was the nurse put me in a room right at my appointment time but left me sit in the very cold room for 45 min without letting me know what’s going on
Pleasurable receptionist. Disappointed my images were not taken, in a timely manner ; that I apparently "slipped through the cracks." and had to wait for him just taking across the hall extending my visit longer than anticipated. Doctor was efficient, arrogant, and I felt rushed with my appointment explanation to better understand my situation.
Very disappointed. I originally called to have an appointment with Dr. Bennion on Monday June 8th and was told I could only see his PA. I didn’t want to see his PA and scheduled an apt on Friday June 12th to see the Doctor. After waiting over an hour in the lobby I was greeted by his PA. I’m a very busy person and don’t like run arounds. Never got to see Dr Bunnion. I scheduled two appointments with Dr. Bennion, but on both occasions I ended up seeing his assistant instead. Then, on my way to a third appointment, with only about five minutes left before arriving, I received a phone call from the office informing me that Dr. Bennion would not be in.
