The doctor and his medical assistant were attentive and ask good questions. My only problem was the nurse put me in a room right at my appointment time but left me sit in the very cold room for 45 min without letting me know what’s going on
Pleasurable receptionist. Disappointed my images were not taken, in a timely manner ; that I apparently "slipped through the cracks." and had to wait for him just taking across the hall extending my visit longer than anticipated. Doctor was efficient, arrogant, and I felt rushed with my appointment explanation to better understand my situation.
Very disappointed. I originally called to have an appointment with Dr. Bennion on Monday June 8th and was told I could only see his PA. I didn’t want to see his PA and scheduled an apt on Friday June 12th to see the Doctor. After waiting over an hour in the lobby I was greeted by his PA. I’m a very busy person and don’t like run arounds. Never got to see Dr Bunnion. I scheduled two appointments with Dr. Bennion, but on both occasions I ended up seeing his assistant instead. Then, on my way to a third appointment, with only about five minutes left before arriving, I received a phone call from the office informing me that Dr. Bennion would not be in.

I was in the waiting room for over one and and half hours first of all, the staff didn't even pop their heads in to let me know it was going to be a while. Then the Dr comes in and for no longer than thirty seconds just to cut me off when I tried to voice my concerns about my injury's. My injury's are on my upper right dominant extremities so my lively hood is on the line here.
