Straight forward. Clear communication
I drove all the way from Las Vegas to see Dr Bennion. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was amazing. Dr. Bennion sat and listened to my concerns and explained everything perfectly. Maddie his assistant was easy to talk to and did the blood draw perfectly. I am so glad I found Dr. Bennion.
Very professional and took care of all my medical needs.
The procedure went well, and my shoulder is feeling great. Dr. Bennion did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend him for all shoulder repairs. However, the surgery center personnel who released me and were supposed to provide my release notes failed to ensure I understood the need to continuously wear the sling, and they did not properly explain to my wife what was supposed to happen with it. I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and I arrived early at 10:30 a.m. I was not called back until 11:39 a.m. for additional X-rays. By 12:30 p.m., I still had not been seen by the physician. Unfortunately, due to the excessive delay and my other obligations, I had no choice but to reschedule my appointment. We were late getting started, and I appreciated Dr. Bennion saying they had been running behind and thanking me for my patience. I told him I needed to be at my daughter’s birthday lunch in 15 minutes, and he got tight to it. I was there at my primary care doc’s suggestion because, although my MRI looked as if I had minor tears of my meniscus, he wanted a knee doctor to be the one to rule out surgery.
