To my disappointment I was not able to visit with Dr Larson but was treated well by PA. I was to receive a call to schedule surgery for my thumb but have not received any contact.
Only saw PA, who knew nothing about me and when I left still didn’t know much about me. Introductory computer questions askednothing about me. Illnesses only. no background.
Wasted my time. Made me feel like what was originally takk didn’t matter. Felt in the blank . Never checked my chart.
Outstanding, caring staff at every step of the process for three separate extremely pain-relieving procedures. Surgeries were scheduled in a timely manner with outstanding immediate results. Quick recovery was a result of very good communication between doctor/staff/clinic and patient. Would not consider going anywhere else.
My provider had trouble faxing the office a referral. The number on file was incorrect. They sent it twice and I mentioned to the receptionist when I got there that they faxed it over again. She just said ok, but didn’t look. Then after I had already been seen they told me they still didn’t have it and I can pay out of pocket. I had to get on the phone and confirm fax numbers…. Excellent results on three separate surgeries. Minimal incision lengths lead to quick recoveries with no complications.
