Fit in as requested. Wound dressings needed to be addressed from nursing staff. Exam room could have been better set up. Time with doctor was positive

It is extremely hard to get ahold of or contact anybody to reschedule my surgery! I work for a doctor and can't imagine it being like that for our patients!
I'm very disappointed with Dr Michael Larsons office staff. I need medical attention and after my appointment and signed the necessary forms no one has called to schedule the procedure I need. I have left online messages and called the office. So sad when medical staff will not help people in need.
Dr..larsen spent all of 4 to 5 minutes with me. I had more concerns and had to mention my concerns on his way out the door. He ordered some sort of custom made item to help with swelling in my arm but I was unable to ask additional questions as he was gone unhappy patient after laying a 50 dollar co Laura and he will charge the insurance company a lot more.
