Efficient, friendly front staff. Support staff explained what they were doing. Associate Doc explained X-rays, answered questions and then Dr Champagne wrapped up with surgery info, prognosis and recovery. Surgery scheduler Anna was helpful and understanding of a separate medical procedure for my son. All in all, a pleasant and educational visit. Thanks!
Dr. Champagne is the best! I've been blessed to be a patient of his for several years now (I know-I'm a mess), and every time I've had an issue he has had answers & fixed it! The staff is amazing! A well run office at every location I have been to. (Which at this point is all of them I think). No matter if you are there for an appointment or scheduling surgery, they are the most professional and know how to help you feel confident about going there. I have been a patient of Dr. Champagne for over a decade. He is an excellent physician! He was recommended to me by a fellow RN. He’s an amazing specialist in his field. I recommended him to a friend who had a successful outcome with her surgery. His office staff in all of his offices I have observed are professional and knowledgeable as well.
