Friendly greeting. Wait time was minimal. The assistants were friendly & helpful. As always the doctors are thorough & knowledgeable. I had x-rays & the tech was very nice & expedient. The doctor came back in and thoroughly explained the x-rays & talked with me about what was going on. He put an injection in each hand, which I've had before, but this time for some reason I felt faint, sweaty & nauseous after the 2nd injection. The top of the hand is sensitive & the injection hurt. Doc Lloyd Champaign and staff were great , friendly,helpful and professional.
Office staff was friendly Didn’t wait long at all to see the Doctor..maybe 10-15mins Dr. Champagne was so friendly…calm my nerves, was seen for trigger finger in 3 fingers…shots weren’t as bad as everyone had told me they would be. Will definitely recommend Him and office to friends/family
Their office got me in real fast and the doctor knew what problem I am experiencing with my hands, now a few more test and hopefully I can start the process of getting my hands fixed and healing.
