Dr. Champagne is very personable and takes the time to explain his diagnosis of the problem and his treatment plan.
Courteous, efficient, effective
I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the time the Provider took with me and he was very thorough. He provided me with options that are less invasive and limited down time. Dr. Champagne also took the time and cared enough to refer me to a specialist that specializes in the type of procedure needed for my hands. Typically I'm used to a doctor or surgeon hurrying up to schedule you for surgery with no time to think or educate yourself. So I appreciate that very much about this office thank you!
Very clean all through the center, staff were welcoming and polite, x ray tech was great and Dr. Champagne made me feel understood, appreciated, and made the injections bearable.
