All good from pre surgery to after surgery visits
I didn’t feel taken seriously.
my overall experience was very unsatisfactory. I am in the service industry and people make appointments to have an appointment at the time that they scheduled not 45 minutes later not only was the wait time unsatisfactory and then had to wait afterwards to speak with a staff member for pricing and scheduling for surgery. I ended up leaving because I had been there for over an hour in 20 minutes already. I will say that my experience with the doctor was very satisfactory. had such a great experience with Dr Ros. He truly took excellent care of me from start to finish. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable but he also took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern I had without making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was how accommodating he was, he even squeezed me in the same day when I needed to be seen, which meant a lot and made a stressful situation so much easier. Dr. Ros was caring, professional, and compassionate. We appreciate his prompt attention to my wife's injury. I also appreciate the immediate communication with me right after both surgeries. He let me know the process, the outcome and what to expect after surgery.The follow up appointment at his office on thirty fifth street was nothing short of amazing.
Arrived early, having completed the questions before going. I was directed to complete everything I had done online previously. Then was taken to room whete I was asked many of the same questiond yet again by staff. Then to make matters worse I sat there for about 15 minutes before another xray, then back to the room to wait again. Excellent service
Dr. Ros was exactly who Kathy needed after her fall in which she fractured her ulna and radius and had an open dislocation of her 4th left middle digit on Friday, February 20th while hiking. He was understanding, sympathetic and treated Kathy as if she was one of his own family members. He communicated cleared with us at every stage of this difficult process.
