All good from pre surgery to after surgery visits
Dr. Ros was caring, professional, and compassionate. We appreciate his prompt attention to my wife's injury. I also appreciate the immediate communication with me right after both surgeries. He let me know the process, the outcome and what to expect after surgery.The follow up appointment at his office on thirty fifth street was nothing short of amazing.
Arrived early, having completed the questions before going. I was directed to complete everything I had done online previously. Then was taken to room whete I was asked many of the same questiond yet again by staff. Then to make matters worse I sat there for about 15 minutes before another xray, then back to the room to wait again. Then about half an hour later the PA came in and quickly informed me I would not be seeing thr Dr. as he was performing surgery. I went to see the doctor, not the PA.
