Gracious staff. Relatively short wait. Only complaint is chairs in waiting room. Hard chairs on slick floor very hard for elderly patients to rise from.
Dr. Liu was very courteous and professional.
Dr Liu is professional and thorough with a great bedside manor. He is knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of the hand. The staff is courteous and professional. If you need a hand surgeon, Dr Liu should be at the top of your list!
The Dr was in a rush and didn't listen to a word I said. Never asked me how I was feeling. Didn't even ask me at exactly 8 weeks post op where was my brace. Nothing. Spoke so fast I and the scribe couldn't understand him. I will not go back. They didn't even ask at the front desk if any of my insurance information was different.
Doctor was great however have called the scheduler for weeks and she has never answered the phone can’t get the surgery I need
Everything was great except i waited for the dr for an hour for a 9:15 appt.
I love the way Dr. Lui gets to the point and relieved me of the pain I was going through. Thank you again Dr. Lui
They are very quick about assisting me. And gets to the root of the problem to take care of it as fast as possible I was very pleased
I have a referred by the ER physician at the emergency room ,to Dr Lui, waiting hour and a half to see the doctor, when he came into the room, he seemed very rushed, and was very rough handling. My injured wrist added an extreme amount of pain to which I was already in ,super disappointed in his patient care, did an X-ray The doctor wasn’t even sure about the x-ray he seemed indecisive on the outcome like he didn’t even know how to read an x-ray.so at this point, I still don’t know if my wrist is broken ,or if I tore ligamen... read more
