Front desk is very good. Dr. Shultz is great, but waiting time is so long. I had the appointment on 03/03/2026 at 11:00 am. I was on time and was called to the exam room a couple of minutes later, but I have to wait doctor for more than ONE hour in this room. This is not a good point because. I usually combine the day I see a doctor with some other appointments. Thus, I have to cancel the next appointment right the appointment with Arizona Center for Hand to Shoulder Surgery. Sincerely
This is the first doctor appointment I have had before sunrise! He has a variety of options for appointment that I appreciate since I work 5 days a week. The staff is friendly and the office is organized and clean. I like the casual but professional environment. Dr. Schultz is kind and gets to the point. He answered my questions and then gave me an injection. I'm looking forward to my follow up for possible surgery. They also have therapy in the same location.
What experience?. I have been trying to get hold of the office for a week. Horrible communication. No return texts or phone calls. I have not had an contact since I went to the other place for nerve testing. Its been 1 month. If the communication at this office is the same as a surgery. I will let my primary Dr know about this and go somewhere else. This is gross negligence.
Dr. Schultz is very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue immediately. He put me on a regimen of antibiotics, monitored my progress and my healing. Good doctor and good "bedside" manner.
To whom it may concern you guys did do your job by doing my surgery on my hand but I thought you guys did it way differently than the doctor that did my other hand and I felt like you guys took the stitches out to soon because it was still open and I had to put a bandage on it so that it wouldn’t get infected and if I push on my hand it hurts and if I bump it it really hurts but otherwise it’s fine and I appreciate wat you guys did
Felt very uncomfortable with Dr Schultz and his entire staff. Felt like I was walking into Mc Donald’s or a free clinic. We are cancelling future appts. and seeking professional help elsewhere
Dr. Schultz is very knowledgeable. The appointments felt a bit rushed, though all of my questions were adequately answered. His MAs and other back office are friendly; front office, not so much. Wait times are generally unacceptably long - was taken back to a room on time then sat there for over an hour on 2/3 of my visits. I’d rather be in the waiting room, at least it’s more interesting.
