Overall experience was alright. Although it took a while, they got to me and did what they had to do. Although we were told that we would not have to take another xray because this place would be able to find it but did not. The doctor interaction was brief, but showed concern. Jace, age 12
Experience went quite well, everyone was nice, pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would have chosen 5 stars but didn’t because Dr. Schultz is in such demand, I had to wait, in pain, almost 4 weeks for my surgery. Also, I was disappointed I had to travel 25-30 minutes for a follow up because Dr. Schultz staffs rotating offices. I live in Chandler and had to travel to Paradise Valley.
I love Brent. he is the greatest. I felt he really cared about me and whether I could function or not with my hands and fingers.. therapy was a great help also.

I was impressed with the staff and Dr. Shultz. They gave clear directions as to future plans. I agree with their findings. They took time to listen to my concerns.

Dr Schultz is caring and thorough and has put me at ease at all of my appointments. His office communicates well with my hand therapist so I feel I am getting great care.
