Dr Schultz gave me options for surgery in my follow up from an injection previously. He answered all my questions. A surgery scheduler called me same day and I could have been in surgery within a week with a note for my employer as I will be out for 6+ weeks. That was awesome, but I needed time for my HR to accept my request for Short term disability. I can't get though the schedule team because line is busy all day.
