He was amazing and super kind. Most surgeons are standoffish, and kinda rude. But he was SUPER personable, laughed at my dumb jokes (a coping mechanism for when I’m scared and nervous), and made sure I was comfortable. He answered all my questions, and did an amazing job on my surgery. I definitely reccomend him 10/10
Excellent customer service when I walked in and that extended throughout my appointment. Dr. Shaterian listened and was very considerate. His confidence and kindness made me comfortable and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs his skills. Thank you.
