Great place nice doctor. Trying to schedule my surgery and scheduling department will not return my calls.
Everyone so pleasant and helpful !!! Love my hand surgeon he did a great job on my hand now I just have to heal😍😍😍
Office staff is a joke, they never answer the phone and on-hold is an eternity of ignore. The in house custom brace is useless and no I don't have endless time to spare while they try to figure out what they are trying to do. Office visits are a treadmill of answering the same questions repeatedly over and over.

Greetings, I waited for over an hour before they called me and they said the doctors were running behind. I waited another 30 minutes for them to make a cast for my left hand. The people are wonderful. They’re nice, but the weight was too long. I had to call the next morning to make sure they called my prescription to the pharmacy. They had not done that on the day that I was there I had to remind them. I gave you four, Stairs. Would’ve given you a five maybe next time it’ll be better on the waiting.
I didn’t get the full treatment due for my vist with physical therapy and new wrap there at your center. So now I have to wait a week! And very dissatisfied that my appointment arn’t closer to my area where I live so I have to drive across Phoenix over into mesa, when I had my wrist surgery in Phoenix, which I lived over in Surprise!
Very good appointment — issue fully addressed!
