Everything was fine with the doctor, but to get an appointment and a hold of somebody with scheduling was a nightmare. We had her post appointment scheduled and we couldn’t go because she hadn’t even gotten scheduled for her surgery yet..
Dr Shaterian is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor. He has a great bedside manner.
Thank you for a good job caring for my wounds after my cat bit me…glad you were at Honor Health to clean the infection. I wish I could have had a procedure done without general anesthesia but that wasn’t offered to me. I appreciate the follow up visit had to be in Mesa for timing: the hour of the day and distance was inconvenient for me and my husband but all went well. Thank you
It has been a while but I did receive my regular shot in the wrist which continues to work at this time. It worked almost immediately. I'm not looking forward to surgery but no eventually the shot will not work.
I destroyed bones in both arms in a motorcycle accident. 5 mo. Of xray verified therapy and my body healing they were able to prevent a further wrist injury and go back in and correct it. Thank you Dr. Shaterian! This man is on point.

Dr Shaterian makes you feel so confident in abilities when he working with you. His bedside manner is amazing, his proficiency is admirable, and he takes the time to really understand what you need and explains the options you have. He doesn't make you feel rushed or unheard, ever. My insurance doesn't cover visits with him, but I am always willing to self pay for level of care he and his team provide.
Everything went very smoothly. Dr Shaterian was professional and took time to explain my injury and treatment plan. He answered questions and was easy to talk to. Other staff members were professional and pleasant
