Very attentive and patient.
My experience was very positive. The Doctor and staff are so nice and helpful. When I shared that I have a cacti botanical garden I hand water with my R hand/shoulder so need to fix that pain, they took interest in what type of cacti I have. I like that they offer natural healing as well such as PRP, but I encourage them to offer it at an affordable cost since insurance doesn’t cover it. Very happy with this Doctor and his staff!

When i arrived I felt at first the front office girl was a bit short, but I got over that, I think she was short staffed. I felt like I really wasn't listened to by the Dr. I explained I'd been getting cortisone Inj. For several years every 3 to 4 months or a little more , and sometimes I get goo results for awhile and sometimes not as great but I'd tried gel and they were worse His suggestions were a treatment NOT COVERED by insurance. 900.00. Not a long wait and a very friendly office staff. The Doc is cordial and explains clearly what he is doing. Make sure you go to Ste. 102, not 202.
First impressions anywhere start with a visual when you walk in the door of a professional office. Followed by first contact with friendly front desk greetings. Next is the decor behind the glass where the reception personnel live. And when you see a spattering of some family photos discreetly placed, you understand that the doctors have signed off on personnel being comfortable in the environment and that this is their second home because of the hours entailed. Great experience for how supportive of the staff and Doctors who show their care and compassion with my challenges in my processing over my recovery after my surgery and thank you for patiently keeping me to guides and advise on my healing process to overcome my trauma and pain I have experienced since my surgery and the recovery process has taken place.
