At first I thought it was great. Doctor and PA were extremely nice. However, as when it came time for me to get the help I desperately needed (SEVERE PAIN) I not only was not attended to it took me 3 weeks to even get back into the office! Backstory: I called the office and left an SOS message about how desperate I was because of the severe pain. We were waiting on the MRI results to figure out if there was more damage than we knew. Unfortunately it was a poor experience starting from being give the wrong address to not being told upfront of the consultation fee when I had called to confirm my appointment . Spoke to surgeon for 8 mins and was told it would be a quick procedure. When taken to scheduling I ask a simple what was the estimated cost and was told if I wanted to wait for a estimate for just the surgeon, not the facility or anesthesia, then I would have to leave and wait for a phone call. The doctor was great very helpful and understanding
Tried calling this office everyday for questions I had and it took me about 4 days to even get ahold of someone to answer my questions, decided not to go through with surgery because of this.

Drs are awesome but staff is not
I waited an exorbitant amount of time for the doctor to see me. I was at that office for more than a hour before the doctor visited me. Probably would’ve been more if I didn’t complain to the front desk. It seems unacceptable and maybe a heads up to the patient would be a best practice. I believe if I’m late to the appointment, I may be charged anyway. My suggestion might be to get an assistant. this might help alleviate these types of problems.
Dr Champagne is a very conservative doctor who is not in a rush to take you to the operating room. He is very through and explains everything in language you can understand
Very personable and friendly staff Dr champagne was excellent I couldn’t have asked for more he went above and beyond.
