My initial visit with Dr. Champagne was awesome. When I called to see another provider because I was in extreme pain, I was told that wasn’t possible and would have to wait another two weeks to see Dr. Champagne. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and found another provider who could see me.
Steve Harrison helped me with my postop trigger finger procedure, and gave me a steroid injection to speed up the healing and reduce the pain and swelling as we are leaving the country for five weeks and will not be available for an appointment here. He was kind, and patient, and answered all my questions. I also HATE needles and he was an amazing with the injection. The front desk ladies are also kind and efficient. I could not be happier with this appointment.

At first I thought it was great. Doctor and PA were extremely nice. However, as when it came time for me to get the help I desperately needed (SEVERE PAIN) I not only was not attended to it took me 3 weeks to even get back into the office! Backstory: I called the office and left an SOS message about how desperate I was because of the severe pain. We were waiting on the MRI results to figure out if there was more damage than we knew. Unfortunately it was a poor experience starting from being give the wrong address to not being told upfront of the consultation fee when I had called to confirm my appointment . Spoke to surgeon for 8 mins and was told it would be a quick procedure. When taken to scheduling I ask a simple what was the estimated cost and was told if I wanted to wait for a estimate for just the surgeon, not the facility or anesthesia, then I would have to leave and wait for a phone call. The doctor was great very helpful and understanding
Tried calling this office everyday for questions I had and it took me about 4 days to even get ahold of someone to answer my questions, decided not to go through with surgery because of this.
