Care was great. However, there was a communication breakdown between staff the day were in office that left us sitting in the waiting room for close to 2 hours before being seen to mold a cast. Our appointment was as 10:15am and we didn’t finish until close to 1pm.
I don't believe my experience could have been any better. The entire staff from check in to seeing Dr Han was excellent.

I was able to get into the room quick. Not much of a wait time even though the place was very busy. One or the medical assistants asked me why I was there and she was very nice. I told her that I tripped and fell and I broke my elbow and was told that my wrist might be fractured. I booked the appointment because I was supposed to see an elbow and wrist surgeon/specialist. Highly disappointed I told him that issues I was having and it felt like he barely acknowledged. He opened up my hand and a different spot than what I asked him and then said that he would not explore anymore. Still in pain to this day part of the reason I haven't gotten back is trying to find a second opinion. It seems like he was more willing to argue with me than listen to what I was having issues with
