He did a urgery on my hand at honorhealth and he told me then I would need three different surgeries but when I scheduled my appointment on the 6th for pre-op and when I was done his surgery coordinator told me that she couldn't even make me an appointment for surgery unless I put up $5,000 at first he knew I did not have this money there should have been other options now I'm stuck with hardware in my hand and cannot get surgery done the hardware from my understanding needs to come out wasn't even able to make payment arr... read more

I was so glad to get in quickly after my fall. However the staff dropped the ball. First doc wanted to do a surgery right away and wanted cardiac ok. So my cardiologist answered and sent the ok within 24 hours. I checked with their office to make sure and they confirmed this. So the nurse claimed they did not answer to Dr Mitchell’s office which was not true. I called several times through this process and did not get a call to schedule at all. Dr. Sean Mitchell was fantastic very meticulous took his time very detailed wonderful physician and did a great job. When I was scheduled for the physical therapy however I just was told to go. Nobody checked the physical therapy information asked whether or not I needed a referral and that caused to cancellation of one of my appointments so that was not well organized as an office situation
