I received 18 reminders for my January appointment. I know how to read a calendar and have good working memory. This was insulting and irritating. I met Dr. Mirrer the day of surgery. His comment when I met him was that I basically should be pleased that he's in demand for emergency surgeries, which was apparently the reason I didn't meet him until the day of the procedure. Well my surgery got change several times. And after surgery I was rushed out I was still trying to recover. My sister took me to the restroom and as soon as we came out the nurse approached me and rolled me out of the hospital. And before surgery I keapt getting calls to pay my deductible so I did pay a day before surgery and hospital is still charging me my deductible. I ask for an invoice after paying it and it was like pulling needles out of a ha stack. I got my invoice but it was very hard to get it.

My first visit was great, however, I have tried to call in order to set up another appointment. I’ve left several messages and I don’t recall getting any returned calls.
Initial appointment went very well, however, I’ve been trying for three weeks to get a call back for a follow up, and no one has reached out to me.
