First time seeing this new doctor. He was attentive and listened to my concerns. One issue is that his office did not respond to my subsequent (2) texts mentioning issues with my hand pain. I will bring up another issue with my shoulder, which is getting worse over time, in our follow up appointment.
I broke my arm. It was a bad break. Went to Emergency for a temporary fix and was referred to Dr. Mirrer. Never met him until I was prepped for surgery. He performed the surgery. I'm still healing and still have pain. I'm pretty sure he did a good job. He did call my husband after the procedure was done, which I appreciate. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 because I think it's poor form when a doctor that is going to operate on you doesn't connect with you.
Nurse practitioner was very helpful
Everyone was friendly & helpful. Gave me an appointment for the next day. Diagnosed & provided solutions for my problem.
Exceptional Service Level. Dr. Mirrer is Blessed with a skillset truly appreciated. The Staff at the front desk, and assisting staff are Amazing. Thank you for a job well done.
Very good group of caring healthcare providers!! This is my second round and I specifically went back to this group because the first incident 10yrs prior went so well.
Very pleased with discussions and conclusions from examination
DR. Mirror did great but I wasn't feeling to great and my mind was off that day so everything we were talking about was translated to opposite in my mind then my husband made me see, everything is fine now. Thank you for being so understanding really appreciate that so much!
He listened & set up a protocol to help me recover use of hand.
