The best service I ever had
He has easy and straightforward. On top of the excellent service, he referred me for an appointment for an underlying symptom.
I am currently working with an occupational therapist and the doctor was not messing around. I've had previously encountered issues in the past of my medical condition and he was spot on and even referred me to an EMG.
My appointment was at 7am. I was escorted back by a medical assistant who appeared annoyed and showed ZERO compassion or care. At 7:10am, I had my x-ray. At 7:15am, while waiting for the doctor, I received an email with my “Visit Summary”. At 7:40am, there was no doctor and no staff. I walked out! I recently a call at 10:15am from doctor who left a message saying he was running late. No staff at the office informed me. I will not be returning!
I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor. Then he was rushed. I’m sure he is a great surgeon but didn’t feel I was given options or listened to.

It was terrible from the beginning.
I left numerous messages for the doctor with his staff never received anything back I was curious if my injury was caused by my car accident before I went and did a nerve test cuz they're very painful I've had them before and if it wasn't this is what I was seeing him for it was a car accident and unfortunately I never received anything back from the doctor didn't seem to be too concerned so I won't go back to him thank you James Ortiz
