I had an extremely frustrating experience .I arrived 30 minutes my appointment time , yet I ended up waiting over 25 minutes past my scheduled time. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves people's health and schedules. The lack of communication from the staff made it even worse. Recently went here to get a basic exam as I’ve had some ear issues. Right off the bat, the front desk workers were very unprofessional. After every phone call they’d talk so much crap about whoever was calling. They mocked the way some people talked and were so frustrated with the fact that someone on the phone couldn’t understand them. Dr stern is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. However, dealing with billing and getting a response was a nightmare that ultimately led to my fsa card being suspended and me now losing out on the majority of my fsa funds. I had even spoken with reception multiple times who would message her and promise a call back, but I never received one. After 8 phone calls over 7 months, I'm beyond frustrated. Dr. Stern is one of the best ENT providers I have seen and I would recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, his clinic staff have been less than helpful and the front desk staff, outright unprofessional. I have been attempting to request an annual ultrasound exam since the last week of July. I contacted the office weekly throughout last month as the radiology department had no record of the referral. During many of the calls the front staff told me that they had re faxed it. Great staff and even better doctor! I came to this clinic for a second opinion and I regret not going here from the get go! Dr. Stern is amazing - from his knowledge to his bedside manner. 10/10 would recommend!
