My appointment was with Trista Smith, AuD. It was a first meeting for cochlear implant & hearing aid annual check up. The receptionist was warm & friendly, starting my experience feeling welcome & cared for. Dr Smith was on time, knowledgeable & attentive to my particular needs. I left knowing I’d found my new team for hearing care. Very important to my overall well-being as I relocate from out of state!
I had an extremely frustrating experience .I arrived 30 minutes my appointment time , yet I ended up waiting over 25 minutes past my scheduled time. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves people's health and schedules. The lack of communication from the staff made it even worse. Not once did anyone apologize or provide an update on the wait time. This caused me to be late for work, adding unnecessary stress to my day. Was supposed to pick up my hearing aids today. Time is very limited, moving, going out of town for the weekend, etc. Website shows they are open until 5. I get here at 11:40 to find a sign on the door that they apparently close for lunch until 12:30. Beyond disappointing as my time is very limited right now. Grrr
Dr. Stern is one of the best ENT providers I have seen and I would recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, his clinic staff have been less than helpful and the front desk staff, outright unprofessional. I have been attempting to request an annual ultrasound exam since the last week of July. Dr stern is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. However, dealing with billing and getting a response was a nightmare that ultimately led to my fsa card being suspended and me now losing out on the majority of my fsa funds. I had even spoken with reception multiple times who would message her and promise a call back, but I never received one. After 8 phone calls over 7 months, I'm beyond frustrated.
