"We waited TWO MONTHS for an appointment while the ear condition kept worsening. By the time we were finally seen, there was pus buildup and a perforated eardrum. Even as a non-medical professional, I know that regular suctioning and disinfection are basic care for an infected ear. We saw a PA at the Los Alamitos location because the situation was dire, but she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and lacked any professional explanation. The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and organized. And during these crazy times, it's all appreciated. My time in the waiting room was kept to a minimum and Dr. Varma was thorough and thoughtful in asking her questions and recording my responses. We have a plan for next steps in my treatment and diagnosis and I'm looking forward to working with Dr. Varma and her team for successful outcome.
The front office staff are friendly and efficient. The waiting room is clean and allows for social distancing. The nurse was great and Dr Varna was amazing! They really listened to my issues and asked follow up questions that really helped in determining my course of treatment. Highly impressed with everything about this visit!
I had to wait a month before I could get an appointment here. They gave me the times and dates they are able to see me. I showed up 20 minutes early with all my new patient paperwork already filled out. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and they couldn't give me any approximate time I might be able be able to be seen. They had extremely over booked. My daughter has seen Dr. Varma since 2016 and she is truly the best. She is wonderful with children and so knowledgeable. I’ve referred many friends to her over the years. She really cares about her patients and we never feel rushed during our appointments.
