Evelyn and Martha are the best medical assistants I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They take the time to truly make sure how I’m doing every visit, they listen to what I have to say, and overall they make me feel like a VIP (Very Important Patient). I met with Dr. Bacchus to help sort out my medications. She started our appointment wanting to know about me and how she could help. I explained my issues and she listened. She didn’t cut me off like some other doctors do. Dr. Bacchus took her time with me and we worked out a plan. She is very professional and knows her stuff!! I would recommend Dr. Bacchus to anyone that wants a caring knowledgeable professional to help them. Great office staff too.
First, Isela is amazing. So friendly and helpful. You've got a real gem. Overall my first experience was o.k. Disappointed that I had to call the day after my appointment to get my prescriptions submitted. Then there were a number of issues getting them filled - although the pharmacist was also responsible for part of this. It took several calls and trips to the pharmacy to finally get everything resolved. I will continue with PU and hope that things smooth out.
