I’ve been in therapy for years on and off and this has been one, if not the most difficult times in my life. So I can’t express enough gratitude for how much Mrs Dixon has helped me. She has given me tools and guidance and developed my communication skills to properly repair and evolve relationships with my family. Evelyn and Martha are the best medical assistants I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They take the time to truly make sure how I’m doing every visit, they listen to what I have to say, and overall they make me feel like a VIP (Very Important Patient). First, Isela is amazing. So friendly and helpful. You've got a real gem. Overall my first experience was o.k. Disappointed that I had to call the day after my appointment to get my prescriptions submitted. Then there were a number of issues getting them filled - although the pharmacist was also responsible for part of this. It took several calls and trips to the pharmacy to finally get everything resolved. I will continue with PU and hope that things smooth out.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bacchus because I was seeking an assessment for Adult ADHD. During the appointment, only one or two questions were related to my concerns. Instead, Dr. Bacchus kept insisting that I was low energy, despite me disagreeing with those statements numerous times. She kept asking irrelevant questions and it was a struggle to get her to understand what I was trying to say. I met with Dr. Bacchus to help sort out my medications. She started our appointment wanting to know about me and how she could help. I explained my issues and she listened. She didn’t cut me off like some other doctors do. Dr. Bacchus took her time with me and we worked out a plan. She is very professional and knows her stuff!! I would recommend Dr. Bacchus to anyone that wants a caring knowledgeable professional to help them. Great office staff too.
