I've been a patient for a long time and Dr. Bacchus is the best.. Highly perceptive and understanding and efficient at cutting to the chase of the issue and offering concrete steps to move forward. Very nice support staff and while at times they are really busy they are always pleasant and want to do their best. If you want to make progress and not just have someone tell you it will all be OK, try these folks.
Dr. Bacchus is profound in her work. In five years of dealing with mental health issues, she was the first person to listen, learn, and act. I love Dr Bacchus . She explains everything and really cares about you mental well being . She is the best . The office manager Sharyce is wonderful and makes sure things are taken care of . They both answer all questions you may have . I love this mental health company the crème de la crème of psychiatry. 😊

Evelyn and Martha are the best medical assistants I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They take the time to truly make sure how I’m doing every visit, they listen to what I have to say, and overall they make me feel like a VIP (Very Important Patient). They’re both hilarious, intelligent, and very good at what they do. I look forward to my visits mostly because of them.
