Dr. Dang and his Nurse Practitioner, Julia, are both friendly and professional. The office is efficient. I have been able to get an appointment within a reasonable period of time. Upon arrival, I have not had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. In general, the staff is helpful and caring.
Julia is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in easy to understand ways. She is also very helpful in advising you on how to adjust your diet and lifestyle to improve your blood work and overall health. Her bedside manner is also top notch. I highly recommend her.
The front desk receptionists here are truly exceptional! Every single one of them always greets me with a warm welcome and a smile. My appointment with Julia was truly a pleasure! She is very knowledgeable and took her time to listen to my concerns. I found the office staff from check in to check out very pleasant and professional, I felt very welcomed and look forward to my next appointment.
The staff is great. The office is great. The doctor and the nurse, best of the best. You feel heard. They prep before they come into the room to see you so you feel like they are paying attention not reacting on the fly to the last notes they wrote.
