I had an excellent experience during my first visit with ROHANDANGMD. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier. I had an appointment with Dr. Julia Staddon earlier today and was very pleased with the care I received. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable asking questions. The staff was also courteous and helpful as usual. As such I highly recommend Dr.Staddon to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and passionate physician.
I had a great experience with this office. I met with one of their PA’s. She was excellent, great bed side manner, took her time, asked great questions, was very informative! I have never had such a great experience at primary care physicians office before. Had my blood drawn. They did a great job. Appointments were relatively easy to get. First time visiting Optimize Medical with Dr. Linea Falter.No regrets choosing this office. Staff was very friendly .As for Dr. Falter she was very nice and patient with me and my son. He felt very comfortable with her.She made sure to ask us multiple times if we had any questions for her. She was very understanding and thorough with us. Thank you to Dr. Falter and the staff we appreciate you all.
I had a fantastic appointment with the lovely PA Julia Staddon. She and the front office staff were warm and welcoming. There was no wait, pre-appointment paperwork was super easy, and I felt heard and understood. I am happy to have found such great care in my community. Thank you so much!
