I had an excellent experience during my first visit with ROHANDANGMD. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier. The team was great, atmosphere was comfortable, no wait time. Julia Staddon was excellent. She took her time to ask me questions and did not rush the visit. Julia answered every question I asked. I am very happy with the services, office staff and Julia. Great job everyone!
The team at Optimize medical is Outstanding! From the receptionist Olivia who checked us in to Carl who did my Vital Signs and Abbey who is a Very experienced Phlebotomist, Julia the Physician Assistant who is Very knowledgeable, patient, kind ,and truly advocates for her patients.She’s incredibly attentive. We got exceptional service from start to finish. The billing was transparent. This office is modern, clean and organized.I will highly recommend this office to anyone!
After 20+ years with the same primary care physician, I had to find a new one because she retired. I found Dr. Dang by doing a search online and decided to try him because I saw he has many good online reviews. My first appointment was today. I had a really good experience. He and his staff were very pleasant and thorough and answered all of my questions. I look forward to hopefully many healthy years with him as my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Dang.
Dr. Dang and Dr. Staddon are amazing. They both take the time to listen to any and all of my concerns. They are very thorough in making sure that the right tests are ran for the right reasons. I was in the ICU recently, and they have hit every point possible to make sure I'm recovering how I'm supposed to be. Both are very knowledgeable and their bedside manner is impeccable. I'll be coming to this office and these two amazing doctors for as long as I live in South Florida. The front desk is always very nice as well.
