The front desk representative here is unbelievably rude. I had to call in 3 times because they made me wait for more than 10 minutes each time I call in to schedule for an authorized referral from a family doctor. I even sent in my authorization and was put on hold without notice. I wished this office had a reliable scheduling system.
The only reason im giving it a 2 star is because My sons appointment was at 10:30am is 11am and front desk hasn't even bother to let us know about the wait time or that they are running behind. I work in tye medical field and patients should be acknowledged. There is 3 patients waiting, which one said his appointment was 50 minutes ago. This is our first time here and so far it's been a bad experience. The lobby is so tiny and they have no air circulation aswell. I couldn’t breathe through my nose. I was gasping for air constantly. Then here comes Nina in her surgery gown. Like a princess she waived her magic wand and I fell into a deep sleep. When I woke to her smile she said it’ll be sore for two days I can now breathe through my nose for the first time in my life. No problems ! She knows her business. She is as professional as one can be and Nina never talks down to you but with you friend to friend. Joe Gallo
From the moment I met her, she was amazing at introducing herself and anyone who was with her. She doesnt talk down to you like other doctors would. Definitely recommend her to anyone I know! Very knowledgable, fun, smart and nice to talk to.
Dr yoshpe is the best surgeon and friend a patient could have. She cares! projoe1950!
