I have known and been a patient of Dr. Pupparo for over 20 years. He has been excellent as a human being and as a doctor. He replaced my two hips and has continued monitoring my progress. I am fortunate to have him as a doctor. He does not just observe the x-rays, but sees me, both as a body and as a person. I am nothing but thankful for his kind expertise.
Excellent experience with Greater Rochester Orthopedics. The scheduling staff got me in very quickly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were early, yet the staff started my workup within 15 minutes. Nicholas (PA) was very knowledgeable and considerate. Dr Weiss also reviewed my condition and was very informative. I have always rec’d great care at GRO. My children have been seen here as well. The staff is super nice and they actually explain things to you. I feel confident that my current broken hand is in great care here.
I was in great discomfort. Lisa, who made the appointment was understanding and sympathetic. She got me in to see someone immediately. So appreciative! Nick was the PA who saw me. Not only did he address my present issues, but talked about what probably caused them and how to lessen the chances of future problems. Could not ask for more. Thank you
The staff: Austin, Nick & Sam were really friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend GRO-Irondequoit. I was able to get X-rays done on site rather than at a different location, which will really speed up my recovery. The only negatives I have is firstly the exam room was incredibly warm to the point that sweat was literally dripping off me. I was offered a cup of water which helped a bit, but I was a hot, sweaty mess. Austin said the rooms in the area I was in were always hot, so maybe that could be looked ... read more
