I had been experiencing bilateral shoulder pain for about 8 months post spinal surgery and Nicholas Briggs, a PA in the Greater Rochester Orthopedics group, has been treating me since 4/25. I have found Nick to be a very caring and knowledgeable practitioner. He started by getting X-rays of my shoulders then doing a cortisone injection on the right one where I had the most pain. I love GRO!!! I’ve been coming here for many years . Dr Pupparo is the best. His staff is awesome and the front desk personnel are awesome as well. I got my knees X-ray’d and the young lady tech was so funny. If I had had any qualms, her manner would have put me at ease. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but I called personal bubbly’s
I loved how I was treated at GRO! I was seen the same day I called and when I got to the office I didn’t wait more than 2 minutes. The PA was kind and professional and listened to my concerns. (Nick Briggs). I left with a solid treatment plan and the reassurance that I need only call if we needed to address anything and I would be seen again. Very happy.
I brought my 3-year-old son in after he needed a cast, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about GRO Ortho Rochester. The entire staff was incredible from start to finish — patient, warm, and so attentive with a little guy who was nervous and wiggly. They explained everything in a way he could understand, helped him feel safe, and truly treated him like their own.
