Edited: The front office staff and the management is the sole reason for this review. I was seen for a joint injury. MRI images were requested and completed by 26 December 24. The report was prepared by Borg and Ide imaging and sent to the provider between December 26th and Jan 1st. The results were not communicated to me until the first week of February. Between the MRI date and Feb, I called several times to ask for the results of my MRI and was told if no one had called me then there was nothing to worry about. The fi... read more
I was referred to GRO after a visit to the emergency room. My foot was black and blue and twice the size of normal. The PA I saw here grabbed and poked at my foot until I saw crying in pain and then told me it was probably a sprain. He roughly strapped me into a boot and told me to follow up in a few weeks. After 6 weeks and 2 follow up appointments where I insisted I was in horrible pain and he continued to suggest I WALK IT OFF I was finally sent for an MRI that confirmed my foot was broken. I was not sent to physical ther... read more
The are an amazing group of individuals!!!! I have had one orthoscopic knee procedure, many cortisone injections, gel injections and finally both my knees replaced a year apart. Dr. Olsen is amazi... read more

They have been excellent and compassionate; however the reason for my low rating is the way that the administrative side of my worker’s comp case has been handled. While I understand that they can not control when I get approved for surgery, I am well aware that they can control whether or not the appropriate paperwork is filed. On two occasions now paperwork was not sent to my insurance company for care approval. ... read more
Was a Worker's Comp patient here 2007 thru 2014. Had 2 arthroscopic surgeries, rotator repair, various diagnostics and therapies. Surgeon retired and I requested an examination for pain and reduced movement in that rotator 2024. I was asked all private insurance & Worker's comp insurance to see if claim was still billable. It was, but I was denied an appointment saying the claim was too old. They really meant, they'd milked it for all they could over the years and did not see a financial goldmine. Apparently, they don't be... read more
