I brought my 3-year-old son in after he needed a cast, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about GRO Ortho Rochester. The entire staff was incredible from start to finish — patient, warm, and so attentive with a little guy who was nervous and wiggly. They explained everything in a way he could understand, helped him feel safe, and truly treated him like their own. As a mom, there’s nothing better than seeing your child cared for with that level of kindness and professionalism. We are so grateful for their expertise and... read more

My daughter saw Dr Plucknette for wrist pain that she has. We have used Gro for a long time now and never been disappointed with service til now. He was short with answers, explanations and acted like we were taking up too much time asking questions. He got up and left before we really understood the diagnosis or our option's. I had to ask the nurse to ask him to come back in the room again, as we still had questions. I was very disappointed by him and would recommend him.

I had been experiencing bilateral shoulder pain for about 8 months post spinal surgery and Nicholas Briggs, a PA in the Greater Rochester Orthopedics group, has been treating me since 4/25. P therapist was extremely sick. Wore mask, would pull it down, wipe nose with dirty same tissue, put it back in pocket, and did this numerous times. Never used sanitizer or gloves or wash. His hand were all over my arm measuring and touching. Great guy/ but this was awful. I got what he had and I had to pay $100 out of pocket to get sick. He gave me everything exercises- but threw that out right away knowing it was contaminated.
