My wife tried to make an appointment today. They said she had a 52 dollar balance to pay. She was transferred to billing, which went to voice mail. Several calls back to finally pay it, snd rebook it. 40 was my contractural co pay, and they added a 12 dollar fee. I never received a bill from them. I love the doctors there, but billing needs to step up their game. Totally unacceptable the amount of calls we had to make about this.
Absolute disaster. Would give ZERO starts if I could. Super expensive for an exam,. They called wanting credit card payment over the phone within days of them sending their bill in the mail, which was paid the day it was received. Threatening collection agency to the wife upsetting her, she doesn't pay the bills and didn't know if we even got a bill. I came in for an ear cleanse a couple weeks ago and seen Dr.Patel. The procedure took less than 5 minutes total and I felt a clear change in my hearing ability! Patel was very helpful with making it as simple as possible and recommended solutions to keep my sinuses as clear as I can. I recommend this office for anybody needing their services!
Dr Mehta has been great with relieving my sinus issues and allergies. Lauren was at the front desk when I was a new patient and she was courteous, well informed and very patient with patients as well as incoming calls. She is a great person to encounter on your first visit
Just wanted to share my experience with septoplasty surgery! The recovery went pretty well overall—I mainly dealt with bad headaches for about a week. Today, I finally got my stents removed! When Dr. Weisharr took them out and vacuumed the rest of the mucus from my nose, he said everything looks perfect! My septum is completely straight now.
