i had two high risk pregnancies with this group and they were amazing both times. they took my health and my babies health very seriously and caught on to some serious problems i was having very early on. Dr. Phillips did both my c-sections and i cannot say enough good things about him. Tiffany is an outstanding midwife as well. As many people can relate, going to a gyno is not my favorite thing. But since my first appt With Breanna and Dr. Hyler and follow up Ultrasound with Jennifer and appt/ operation/ post oppwith Dr. Ayuso and Hannah helping handle all the in between. It has been FLAWLESS. I was worried about the procedure especially the after. I feel this whole team listen and heard me with my symptoms. They make you feel at ease. Definitely recommend them to my loved ones.
My pregnancy with them was fine had to advocate for myself more than I should have but overall fine. HOWEVER my hysterectomy was a joke to them apparently. I had surgery with them on Thursday for my hysterectomy. The doctor assured me I could call if I needed anything. I realized late Friday I was allergic to my pain medicine. Dr. Hyler delivered my daughter 10 years ago, and I was excited to return for my current pregnancy. Unfortunately, the office has become very disorganized. I saw another provider to remove my IUD and scheduled my next appointment with Dr. Hyler for the 18th, which was canceled by an automated call. I rescheduled with a different provider for the 19th, but yesterday after 5 PM, that appointment was canceled too, leaving me unable to reach anyone until this morning. Went through this practice two years ago with my son only had a few inconveniences with appointments being canceled and had an okay birth experience. Dr Hyler came in when i was in labor said everything looked great and my midwife had it under control I pushed for nearly two hours taking breaks in between. Dr hyler went and done a C- section on another patient, came back and i was still pushing. He came in and said “lets get this baby out!” Had my son out in less than a min of walking into my room.
