My pregnancy with them was fine had to advocate for myself more than I should have but overall fine. HOWEVER my hysterectomy was a joke to them apparently. I had surgery with them on Thursday for my hysterectomy. The doctor assured me I could call if I needed anything. I realized late Friday I was allergic to my pain medicine. Dr. Hyler delivered my daughter 10 years ago, and I was excited to return for my current pregnancy. Unfortunately, the office has become very disorganized. I saw another provider to remove my IUD and scheduled my next appointment with Dr. Hyler for the 18th, which was canceled by an automated call. I rescheduled with a different provider for the 19th, but yesterday after 5 PM, that appointment was canceled too, leaving me unable to reach anyone until this morning. Went through this practice two years ago with my son only had a few inconveniences with appointments being canceled and had an okay birth experience. Dr Hyler came in when i was in labor said everything looked great and my midwife had it under control I pushed for nearly two hours taking breaks in between. Dr hyler went and done a C- section on another patient, came back and i was still pushing. He came in and said “lets get this baby out!” Had my son out in less than a min of walking into my room. Like so many others I wish I could give no stars. Honestly I am not sure how this practice is even open. From my very first appoinment it has been confusion and non communication with the whole staff and team. You call and wait and wait and never receive true answers. My blood was sent to wrong labs, my appoinments have been rescheduled several times. I could go on about the unfortunate events that I have gone through with both office's in just the first 12 weeks of prgnancy. But my main concern is to warn others especially ... read more

I'd rather give birth in a dark room alone than go back to this practice. I'm glad I'm leaving, but it would be a lot easier if they were cooperative with sending records, sending referrals, or even answering any questions. But they haven't done ANY of that for me. I have to call their office dozens of times before someone answers and they never follow up or call you back. Never see this provider ever.
