I live in Las Cruces NM and heard about Dr Tinley from a friend. He explained in detail what my spinal problems were and what the surgical intervention would be. I communicated with his staff several times prior to surgery. Everyone I met and talked to was friendly and helpful. I tried many doctors, most couldn't treat me effectively. I went to see Dr. Tinley, in 2 weeks he had ordered and received MRI clearance from insurance. He found the herniated disc and the pinched nerve that was responsible for my pain. Surgery was scheduled and completed on May 20th 2022, today I'm back to no pain, and my back feels great. I have suffered from lower back pain due to continual worsening scoliosis for many years. I tried all possible non-surgical options such as meds, chiropractic, acupuncture, injections and physical therapy. Dr. Tinley and staff are absolutely wonderful! I was in so much pain and they got me in so fast. Dr. Tinley explained what needed to be done on my level so I understood what was going on. My after care has been great as well. I have had questions about other things that could have caused my issues and David, his Physician Assistant, has answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tinley!
