I was very pleased with the whole experience. From Hannah at the from desk to Cassie and then Suzanne, everyone was pleasant and professional. I felt like I was in good hands at each turn and am grateful to have found a urologist after relocating 3000 miles from my Boston home and the care I had in place there. Highly recommended. (And they have a dog!! What’s not to like?!?)
Dr. Johnson Mitchell really is the best - both medically and personally. She is relatable, funny, very real, personable, compassionate. She is well trained and has the experience to back it up, thus she is well informed and confident. I can only talk about me; however, she puts me at ease, makes sure I get all the information I need to make a decision and gives me time to digest whatever is standing in my way. Dr. Neeb is thee “BEST” Doctor my husband & I have ever worked with & have received “EXCELLENT CARE”!!! YOU can’t get any better than this. I’m absolutely amazed with him 😁 and I’ve worked in the medical field ALL my life. He is a Doctor you can trust. And his medical assistant is as well. They are caring, considerate, explain everything in detail. They make sure you are comfortable with everything they will be treating you for. I recommend them “highly” and would NOT go anywhere else 👍🏻
Compassionate, considerate, kind and professional. This team is absolutely incredible. If myself or anyone in my family ever need a urologist Dr Neeb and his team are absolutely the only ones we would consider or recommend. 10/10
I've been seen by this office now for about 3 years and I'm very happy with the service I've received. Dr. is very comforting and takes the time needed, I've never felt hurried. Dr. explains things so you can understand. That was not so with my last droctor from out of area. My appointment today I seen Suzanne PA and I was very happy with tge care and time she took to answering my questions...In closing all I can say is this facility and there employees are some of the best....Thank you!
