I've been seen by this office now for about 3 years and I'm very happy with the service I've received. Dr. is very comforting and takes the time needed, I've never felt hurried. Dr. explains things so you can understand. That was not so with my last droctor from out of area. My appointment today I seen Suzanne PA and I was very happy with tge care and time she took to answering my questions...In closing all I can say is this facility and there employees are some of the best....Thank you!
I think Dr Neeb is one of the best urologist I’ve ever been to! And I’ve been to several in my lifetime. He takes time with you, answers all your questions. He Definitely takes a very personal interest in you as a person. I highly recommend him. It would give him more than five stars if I could.
Wow, from the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcomed. Front office staff, Medical Assistant were so nice and made me feel comfortable. Than I met Suzanne PA-C and I felt amazingly comfortable. She listened and we worked out a plan. This was a wonderful experience after being gaslit by Summit Urology.
Dr Johnson and the staff are the best! Jillian took super good care of me before my procedure and it went well. Dr Neeb saw my hubby a few months ago and also a great and pain free experience. Recommend all of the staff at Cascade Lakes Urology! :)
I have had long waits for Dr Neeb over the years. I decided to see Suzanne LeLand, PAC as she had more appointments available and hopefully wasn’t as rushed. I trusted Dr. Neeb’s to have the best staff giving his patients direct care. I saw her 1 yr ago and was very satisfied with her direct and collegial personality. She was brand new at the clinic and now seems really vested in her role. I already have an appointment six months forward to stay on top of a chronic issue requiring a progressive Eurology mind.
